Oversaw all day-to-day corporate sales and services for the Sacramento Kings, Sacramento Monarchs, Sacramento Knights and Arco Arena, Gold Rush Classic PGA Tournament.

  • Built and managed relationships with major companies such as Anheuser Busch, Quest Communications, Folsom Auto Mall and Folsom Lake Ford/Toyota, Cingular Wireless, Earthlink, Ralph's Grocery Stores, and Raley's and BelAir Grocery Stores, which were valued at $10.1 million over the length of the contracts.

  • Developed and led a sales and services team toward annual revenue goal of $13.6 million. This was achieved through recruiting, training, strategic planning, goal setting, reporting, rewards and recognition.

  • Personally completed largest partnership agreement in Sacramento Kings history with Cingular Wireless worth $3.5 million over 3½ years.

  • Re-engineered and re-structured sales team through the development of a Strategic Alliance Playbook, implementation of a new bonus plan, development and implementation of a sales reporting system as well as implementation of new time-management policies. These efforts made sales team more efficient and increased overall sales by 30% over 16 months.

  • Increased new business for Maloof Sports & Entertainment's base by $1.5 million US Dollars in twelve months.

  • Coordinated all corporate partnership related marketing efforts with internal departments, and media and business partners, KMAX-TV, Fox Sports Bay Area, and Infinity Broadcasting Sacramento to maximize customer integration and return on investment.

  • Key contributor to corporate strategic plans for Maloof Sports and Entertainment, which were utilized as part of goal to increase revenue and decrease costs.

  • As Senior Manager, helped improve Broadcast Services (TV, Cable, and Radio) group over 16 months. On-air Television performance improved by 100% and successfully re-negotiated all on-air talent contracts.

  • Managed all commercial aspects of the NFL business in the U.K. and signed biggest sponsorship deal in NFL U.K. history with Coors Brewing U.K. valued at $800,000 for two years.

  • Secured partnership deals with Coors Brewing, National Car Rental, Kellogg's U.K., Brown Forman Beverages, and Eidos Interactive. These partnership affiliations totaled $1.0 million.

  • Re-designed all marketing and sales collateral materials for both the London Monarchs and for NFL Europe League.

  • Operated a profitable, efficiently run, sports marketing agency specializing in sponsorship, consultancy and event management.

  • Successfully built significant long term alliances with Cadbury's Schweppes (3 years), Coca-Cola G.B. and Ireland (5 years), Texaco U.K (3 years), Acclaim Entertainment (5 Years), Virgin Atlantic Airlines (3 years) and Converse U.K. and Europe (8 years), and Spalding Sports UK (7 years).

  • Logistically planned and managed highly successful grass roots events for the National Basketball Association from 1992-1997 in London and secured Covent Garden (London) for Major Baseball's Fan Festival in London. Further ran grass roots sports events throughout the U.K. from 1995 until 1998 on behalf of Converse Europe.

  • Developed media partnerships with BBC Television, BBC Radio, ITV, Television and Channel 4 Television, all based in London.
